Here are your rights as a Jefferson Health Plans member:
If you believe your rights aren’t being respected and you feel you have been discriminated against, you can call the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Civil Rights at 1-800-368-1019 or TTY 1-800-537-7697 or call your local Office for Civil Rights.
