The reporting and investigation of compliance, privacy, or suspected or actual fraud incidents play a key part in our culture of honest and ethical behavior and conduct. Additionally, management of compliance, privacy, or misconduct issues is an essential tool to improve our services. We hold ourselves responsible to uphold the integrity of the programs and plans we administer and to handle our duties for our members in an ethical and proper manner. We investigate matters of compliance, privacy, suspected unethical conduct and assist in the proactive prevention and detection of such activities, including referrals to the governmental authorities when applicable. Anyone who becomes aware of a compliance, privacy, or suspected fraud incident, whether it has occurred or is about to occur, should report it to us. There are a number of ways to report through the options provided below. If you wish to remain anonymous, you may do so by using the HPP Hotline. Email and online reporting are not considered anonymous, however your reports through those tools can be made without leaving your name/contact information, and, as is the case with all reports to us, your reports will be handled in confidence to the fullest extent possible.
