Are You Eligible?

You may qualify for an Individual and Family Plan if:

  • • You don't have health insurance through an employer, or you've recently lost coverage.
  • • You want affordable, quality coverage through an Individual and Family plan.

You are eligible to enroll if:

  • • You are a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or have a qualifying immigration status.
  • • You are not incarcerated.
  • • You do not have Medicare coverage.

There are two times when you can enroll in an Individual and Family Plan:

Open Enrollment

This is the fixed time period each year when you can enroll in an Individual and Family Plan. Open enrollment begins on November 1 and ends on January 15.

Special Enrollment

Special Enrollment: Life changes happen. If you missed Open Enrollment and recently experienced a Qualifying Life Event, you could be eligible to shop for an Individual and Family Plan from Jefferson Health Plans.
