Jefferson Health Plans will be making a change related to the administrative fee paid to agents that are directly or indirectly associated to the completion of Health Risk Assessments (HRAs). 

Starting with an effective member date of July 1, 2026, JHP will discontinue paying the administrative fee for completing an HRA for members with enrollment dates after June 1, 2026, for effective dates of July 1, 2026, and beyond for the following plans:

  • All ACA HMO and PPO plans that are offered in Pennsylvania

Recently, we sent you an email regarding our transition to Workday for agent registration and onboarding. This change is effective April 17, 2026.

Since you are an EXISTING agent, we transitioned your information to Workday for you.

Please review the following information to create your Workday password:

Your new password cannot be the same as your user name. Password must be 15 characters and include alphabetic characters, uppercase and lowercase, numerals (0 - 9), and special characters.

Account Creation Notification

  • Brokers received an email confirming your Workday account has been created.

Password Setup

  • Use the link above and follow the instructions in this email to set/reset your Workday password.

Account Validation

  • Log in to Workday to review your profile. 
  • Confirm your information is accurate and add your phone number.

Required Training Completion

  • Complete the JHP Broker General Agency (GA) verification.
