Are You Eligible?

If you do not have health insurance through an employer or recently lost coverage, an Individual and Family Plan may be a good choice for you to get quality coverage at an affordable price. According to the Affordable Care Act of 2010, you are entitled to enroll in an Individual and Family Plan as long as you are living in the U.S. lawfully and are not incarcerated or covered by Medicare.

Know When You Can Enroll

  1. Enroll During the Annual Open Enrollment Period (OEP)

    November 1–January 15.

  2. Outside of Open Enrollment – if you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period (SEP)

    • Marriage or divorce
    • Adopting a child
    • Moving from one insurance coverage to another
