Jefferson Health Plans is transitioning to a new hotline provider for reporting potential Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA). The online reporting link has changed, but the hotline phone number and email address remain the same.

How to make reports:

• jeffersonhealthplans.ethicspoint.com: Our new online link for reporting suspicions of FWA anonymously.

Our anonymous hotline remains the same: 1-866-477-4848.

Required information to include in your report:

• Person(s) involved
• Location of the incident
• Specific allegation - include as much detail as possible
• The date and time that the issue occurred
• Your name and contact information if you wish to be contacted.
• If you make the report anonymously, please write down your report number and key so you can check back for any follow up questions.
