In June 2023, we implemented a High Performer Recognition Program within the Quality Care Plus (QCP) incentive program with the goal to acknowledge practice groups that have a commitment to high-quality care. The program is specific to the Medicaid line of business. We are excited to continue this program and announce the new group of practices that will be recognized for high-quality performance based on HEDIS measure performance in QCP MY 2024. All high-performer practices will be recognized with a certificate of recognition to display at their office and acknowledgement on our website and in the 2026 QCP Manual. Please note that although the QCP program now measures and pays providers at the overall TIN level, we kept high performer recognition at the practice level due to the level of variance that exists across practice performance and the vast differences in practice membership. We want to recognize and reward those practices that truly continue to stand out among their peers.

High performers were identified by calculating the total number of closed care gaps over the total number of eligible care gaps. A percentile rank as compared to all other eligible practices was assigned based on the total rate of completed care gaps.
