In accordance with the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) and per Health Plan policy RB.028.A, Jefferson Health Plans moved from APR-DRG version 41 to APR-DRG version 42, effective June 1, 2025. The policy can be found at hpplans.com/policybulletins.

Claims received as of August 1, 2025, with discharges on or after June 1, 2025, will be processed on APR-DRG version 42.
