In accordance with the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) and per Health Plan policy RB.028.C, we transitioned from APR-DRG version 42 to APR-DRG version 43, effective February 26, 2026. The policy is available at: hpplans.com/policybulletins.

Claims received on or after April 24, 2026, for discharges occurring on or after February 26, 2026, will be processed under APR-DRG version 43.
