MQCP is designed to recognize and reward your practice’s performance in delivering high-quality services throughout the year. Every year, we assess the program to ensure a positive impact on both our members and our provider network.

The 2026 MQCP Manual is now available at hpplans.com/MQCP. Please note that the manual will not be mailed to your office.

In December 2025, we shared updates to the 2026 MQCP program with our provider network. Details of those updates can be found in this manual.
