You will automatically be disenrolled from your existing Jefferson Health Plans Medicare plan when your new plan's coverage begins.
Enroll in the new Medicare prescription drug plan.
You will automatically be disenrolled from your existing Jefferson Health Plans Medicare plan when your new plan's coverage begins.
Send us a written request to disenroll. Call Member Relations at 1-866-901-8000 (TTY 1-877-454-8477) if you need help on how to do this.
Or contact Medicare at 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227), 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and ask to be disenrolled. TTY users should call 1-877-486-2048.
You will be disenrolled from your Jefferson Health Plans Medicare plan when your coverage in Original Medicare begins.
October 1 – March 31, we’re available 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. seven days a week (closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas).
April 1 – September 30, we’re available 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Monday through Friday
